Jessie V. is a Kingdom-focused recording artist, pastor, CEO, and community leader whose life and music reflect a powerful journey of redemption, resilience, and purpose. Born in September 1988 in Kansas City, Missouri, Jessie emerged from the heart of the urban core—4300 Montgall—where he was surrounded by violence, addiction, and adversity. Despite being raised by Bishop and First Lady Vassie, Jessie’s early years were marked by street involvement, incarceration, and personal loss, including surviving a shooting that left him blind in one eye by age 15.
Before his transformation, Jessie was part of the rap collective KC MO Bucks, performing alongside his siblings. After the group disbanded, he pursued a solo career under the stage name DoLoe Da Juiceman, gaining traction in the local underground scene. However, it was during a prison sentence that Jessie experienced a spiritual awakening, leading him to reclaim his birth name and rebrand his artistry around faith and purpose.
